Melissa Stolarz was born and raised in Mississauga and is eager to combine her knowledge of community, politics and sales to create real estate success for clients.


Stolarz worked in the office of the Ward 5 Councillor in Mississauga where she gained a strong understanding of city issues and policies. With her knowledge she regularly contributed to and the Mississauga News where she wrote about new developments, regulatory issues and housing. Stolarz hopes to use her city-wide knowledge to keep clients informed, up-to-date and ahead on the real estate market.


Stolarz was also a citizen member on the Heritage Advisory Committee and the Heritage Grants Committee at the City of Mississauga where she reviewed applications on developments, giving her a competitive edge on combining government and real estate that she is eager to bring to the table.


Her passion for sales stems from her background as a Sales Representative for software company AdWorks App where she increased sales by 10 per cent over a year. In addition she increased presentations by 15 per cent over the same time period by increasing exposure to the US market through conferences and associations.


Stolarz is confident she is able to market your home with the right ideas with her knowledge and experience as Chair of Marketing at the National Newspaper Association (NNA), Alumnae Outreach Executive at St. Mildred's Lightbourn School Alumnae Committee and Director at the Mississauga Indoor/International Football/Fitness Association (MIFA).


In 2019, Stolarz received both the Civic Award from the City of Mississauga, having contributed significantly to her community, and the Spirit Award Nomination from the Town of Oakville for her contribution to the arts.


Melissa Stolarz holds two degrees, an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a Bachelor of Musical Arts from Western University. She received the UWO Gold Medal Award for the highest graduating average in her program and attended a semester of business at Harvard University. Stolarz is currently a Level I Candidate for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. 


She speaks fluently in English and Polish.
