Lillian Lem was born and raised in Toronto and Mississauga.
She graduated from Humber College Institute of Technology Advanced Learning with a Bachelor of Applied Arts Degrees (with Honours) in Paralegal Studies.
Lillian became a full-time legal secretary with a law firm for nine years, which specialized in Real Estate, Immigration and Business Laws. In addition to her position as legal secretary, Lillian also took on additional roles simultaneously as property manager and real estate deal administrator.
Lillian later obtained her real estate license, with a particular interest in real estate investment. She has also attained her Broker’s license and is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist.
She is experienced in pre-construction sales and assignments along with Landlord and Tenant matters. Her experience working in these fields is essential for her clients to receive the utmost care with her knowledge, experience, patience, compassion and guidance.
She has seen it all — from frustrated first-time home buyers to quick-closings to complex deals. Her goal is to make one of the biggest decisions of your life as seamless as possible. “A jack of all trades is a master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one.”
