A job well done! There are a lot of people complaining about service in the Real Estate industry. On a positive note, I thought it would be nice to share my experience with Robert and Catherine Bourelle of Loretta Phinney team. I had come upon owning two homes and needed to sell one. I was referred to Robert and Catherine as they had helped someone I knew with excellent results. I gave them my speech and told them anyone can sell a house at a give-away price, but few will work hard enough to maximize the sale.
Robert and Catherine gave the advice on where to spend money and on what items. The property was an estate lot and we chose a target market of who would like to buy the house and what they would do with it. We arranged for a painter to repaint the interior to maximize the appeal of the house itself, and the landscaping was cleaned up to see the potential of the beautiful lot.
In the end the sale was final in just over a month, very close to our asking price. I heard that the new owners were able to rent the property for a great price until they were ready to build.
I would recommend Robert and Catherine to list your home for sale. Their advice saved me tens of thousands and I am sure that the new owners are proud of their new purchase.
