Sales Representative

Matt, I want to take this time to thank you and Loretta Phinney team for helping us to sell my in-laws home. As you know it does quite an emotional process for them have to sell their home after 48+ years. All their family memories are here but now it is time to enjoy those sunset moments. Jack and Irene met with a few agents prior to meeting you and Loretta. No one and I mean NO ONE caught their attention like you did. Immediately upon meeting you we knew you were the ones that were going to be chosen to represent us in the sale. Even Jack said as you left through the front door "if anyone is selling this home it is that young man". Trust me that is a great compliment. Up to that point in time he was refusing to move at all. From the "get go" you have been extremely personable, outgoing and available at a moments notice. You have always represented us with no hesitation and with complete honesty and enthusiasm.

Please accept my complete gratitude for all the help you have given me in helping Mom and Dad move on to the next stage of their lives. If you ever need a reference you know where to find me. Please don't hesitate to call. I will gladly recommend you to my friends and even anyone I have yet to meet.
