One of the top-producing sales representatives on the Phinney Team, Kimberly brings a wealth of experience to her clients. In her former employment, she supervised the relocation department of a company that performed Ontario's largest volume of corporate relocations! She continues to be involved with the Canadian Employee Relocation Council (CERC) in order to stay informed of trends in this area.

Kimberly's varied background and training in human resources, worker's safety and insurance and social science at York University, as well as her real estate training, give her the background to logically work through issues and contracts, as well as effectively assess her clients' needs. Clients enjoy and appreciate her patient, caring nature. Her long list of repeat clients and referrals attest to her trustworthiness and professionalism.

Kimberly also has a keen eye for design and decorating, and can quickly see a home's potential that may have been overlooked. She is often able to suggest small changes that can have a big impact on both buyers and sellers looking to get the most value for their home.

Kimberly currently sits on the Board of Directors of Mississauga's Heritage Society, which helps her stay focused on the community at large. This is just one of the ways in which she gives back to the community she serves.

Kimberly is a long-time resident of Mississauga south, both in Lorne Park and on the Credit River in Erindale Village. Her sons attend private school in Oakville, which has helped her stay connected in the Oakville community as well.
