Sales Representative
From first-time home buyers to high-end home sellers and purchasers, Catherine prides herself in offering a level of service second to none. Catherine's patience, attention to detail, professionalism and ability to develop relationships with her buyers and sellers are notable.
Catherine has made several moves over the years, from a small town in Manitoba to Winnipeg, Calgary and Michigan, and finally to Mississauga. These frequent moves have helped Catherine understand the personal aspect of all that is involved in a home purchase and sale. Catherine has helped clients sell and purchase homes in Mississauga, Etobicoke, Oakville, Burlington and Hamilton.
Catherine continually develops her skills and knowledge to enhance her level of service. In 2011, Catherine completed the requirements to achieve a designation as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®). This coveted designation is the benchmark of buyer representation. In addition, Catherine earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation in 2011, gaining additional knowledge and understanding of, and empathy for, age 50+ real estate clients and customers.
Catherine believes in giving back to the community. Her volunteer roles have included hockey and baseball, little league baseball team manager, volunteer with the Toronto Children's Chorus, volunteer at local schools and volunteer at Port Credit youth sailing regattas. Catherine is a co-chair for the beautification committee of the Lorne Park Watercolours Residents Association, and was recently nominated and elected to sit on the Executive Committee of the association. In addition, Catherine sits on the Marketing and Planning Committee of the Port Credit Yacht Club.
Catherine works closely with her husband Robert Bourelle, also an associate of the Loretta Phinney team, and is the proud mother of two teenaged children.
