Being a successful real estate agent is not an easy job. There is a lot of competition out there and a lot of knowledge, effort, and empathy required. But half the task is attitude - the kind of "can do" attitude that Jacqueline displayed throughout the process of the sale of our home in Lorne Park. Jacqueline never lost her enthusiasm for completing the task that she undertoo. In addition, she also helped us to maneuver through the maze of legal and financial hurdles that the sale of a house produces. In addition, when one's house gets sold, one must find another home in which to live. This presents a whole new set of challenges for the real estate professional as well as for us as buyers. ?Once again, Jacqueline came through with flying colors. She quickly figured out what we needed to replace our family home with an "empty nester" and didn't waste our time or hers with unsuitable possibilities. As the industry saying goes, location was very important to us. But so were other factors which she identified. Perhaps it can best be stated by quoting William Hanley in the National Post who suggested that "location, location, location" could be replaced by "the three P's" - Place, Price and Personality - Jacqueline found us a home that we immediately identified with - it was our personality, within our preferred location - place, and at a price that we could live with. We hadn't bought or sold our home in 38 years, and needed a lot of assistance during the process. Jacqueline, you are a credit to your profession. Keep it all going!!

We are very pleased to provide a strong reference for Jacqueline. We have had various positive experiences with her on three separate transactions over the last several years. Firstly she did an excellent job acting on a sale of a house. She gave courageous advice about the possibility of improving the sale price by doing some modest renovations. Jacqueline went beyond the call of duty in helping get the renovations done. And then she delivered on the sale price, proving that her initial advice was right. Secondly she was very patient with us when she showed us innumerable houses as we in fits and starts looked for a new place to live. She was always upbeat and cheery. She never complained about the time she was spending with us or put any pressure on us to buy. And once we purchased a place she provided great after service. Thirdly, she acted on the sale of our existing house. She did a very professional job of helping us stage the house for sale and in representing it to the market. That resulted in a successful and timely sale process. She treats her customers very well, has a good team and outside resources and is very service oriented. It has been a pleasure to deal with her.

When we needed to move swiftly to sell our Lorne Park home, a handful of realtors came to mind.  One was Jacqueline Feeley. After initial discussions with various agents, we were quickly convinced that Jacqueline’s high-touch, personal service approach was for us.   Jacqueline has a strong understanding of the real estate market and immediately saw how to position our home relative to others.   She knew exactly how much work we needed to do to get our home ready for sale and was very mindful of not overspending or taking too much time to get to market.  Jacqueline laid out a to-do list and calendar for us and connected us with various trades to assist us.  She checked in frequently with us, and her infectious sense of humour kept our spirits high during a stress-packed period.   Then we handed Jacqueline the keys, and she worked her magic.  She produced first-class marketing materials. She professionally communicated our expectations and was attentive to prospective buyers’ questions.  Less than a week later, we had eight offers.   Jacqueline skillfully worked through the negotiation process with the buyer agents.   Watching her leading discussions on offer night, it was clear that she is respected by others as an agent that represents her client’s interests well.  She paid sharp attention to the details of the various offers, making us comfortable that no contractual errors had been made. In the end, we had a very well-qualified and happy buyer. This all occurred in a comparatively slow market.  Needless to say, we were thrilled with the outcome. We unreservedly recommend Jacqueline Feeley.  She is very professional, very knowledgeable, and a fundamentally terrific person to deal with.

When deciding to sell our home in Lorne Park, Jacqueline Feeley was one of the first realtors that came to mind. Jacqueline has an excellent reputation, is very knowledgeable of the Lorne Park area and of the constantly changing market conditions. She certainly has her finger on the pulse. Jacqueline and her team did a great job of marketing our home through her advertising, photos, brochures, floor plans, etc. All details about our home were presented thoroughly and professionally. During the sales process we felt very comfortable in having Jacqueline take care of everything. She was very respectful of our needs, our privacy, our time and our dog. Jacqueline always kept us up to date regarding appointments, developments in the market and was always very honest with us. That's one of the things we like about Jacqueline, she's a straight shooter! During the final negotiations we felt at ease that Jacqueline had our best interests at heart and was skilled in the negotiation process. We are happy that our home sold during our expected time frame and would not hesitate to recommend Jacqueline to anyone looking for an honest, professional, hardworking agent.
