Since Loretta joined Royal LePage in 1994, she has placed in the Top Ten of all Royal LePage agents across Canada. In 2004, 2006, 2008, 2010, 2011 and 2012 she was the number one agent in the entire country.

In Loretta's very first year of joining Royal LePage, she was awarded the Chairman's Club award for the top 1% of all agents. She has been presented with the Chairman's award every year since - in fact, she now holds a lifetime chairman's award level.

She has consistently placed within the Top Five of all Royal LePage agents across Canada, repeatedly within the top three agents.

In 1999, the first year she was eligible, Loretta was presented with the Award of Excellence for attaining the Director's Platinum or President's Gold award in five out of seven consecutive years. Loretta met the category within five years.
