Loretta Phinney was Royal LePage's top grossing sales representative in Canada in 2012, 2011, 2010, 2008, 2006 and 2004. In addition, 2012's sales record was the best ever achieved in Royal LePage's 100 year history. She has consistently placed in the top-five sales representatives in Canada throughout her career. She is an industry leader in Mississauga and Oakville, having sold several of the most distinguished homes and properties in these areas. In addition, Loretta has been the #1 sales representative in Mississauga for the past 19 years. This achievement is particularly notable given that Royal LePage employs over 14,400 sales representatives from coast to coast. From 1985-1994, Loretta was the top grossing sales representative for Kingsway National Real Estate, the company where she started her career.

Loretta currently lives on Lake Ontario in southeast Oakville with her husband, Ron. They have four adult children and four grandchildren.
